Eles s\u00e3o disponibilizados ao mercado por meio das marcas ARCOR\u00ae, TENIFER\u00ae, SURSULF\u00ae, QPQ, TUFFTRIDE\u00ae, NUTRIDE\u00ae, MELONITE\u00ae.<\/p><p>O tratamento termoqu\u00edmico de nitrocarboneta\u00e7\u00e3o l\u00edquida consiste na difus\u00e3o em meio l\u00edquido (sal fundido com oferta elevada de nitrog\u00eanio) de nitrog\u00eanio e carbono na superf\u00edcie dos componentes tratados, sendo estes usualmente fabricados em a\u00e7os e ferros fundidos. Essa camada apresenta espessuras de at\u00e9 30 micra e regi\u00e3o de porosidade superficial que garante reten\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00f3leo lubrificante e melhores propriedades tribol\u00f3gicas. \u00c9 a principal respons\u00e1vel pelas propriedades de resist\u00eancia ao desgaste, \u00e0 corros\u00e3o e ao engripamento, al\u00e9m da redu\u00e7\u00e3o do coeficiente de atrito e da ades\u00e3o a outros metais (como o alum\u00ednio).<\/li><li>Zona de difus\u00e3o: logo abaixo da camada branca, geralmente composta por nitrog\u00eanio em solu\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00f3lida e na forma de nitretos de ferro e nitretos de elementos de liga, dispersos na microestrutura do a\u00e7o, com espessura que pode atingir at\u00e9 alguns d\u00e9cimos de mil\u00edmetros &#8211; o que gera um gradiente de durezas no substrato. \u00c9 a principal respons\u00e1vel pela propriedade de resist\u00eancia \u00e0 fadiga.<p>Os processos CLIN\u2122 podem ser associados a uma etapa de acabamento superficial e um tratamento de p\u00f3s-oxida\u00e7\u00e3o, formando uma fina camada superficial (0,2 a 3 micra de espessura) de \u00f3xido de ferro (Fe\u2083O\u2084).
